How do I get into the beta?

Sisu Ascent is in private TestFlight beta on iPhone. Email support@sisuascent.com and we’ll send you a TestFlight invite.

How do I delete my account and data?

You’re always in control of your data. You can permanently delete everything two ways:

  1. In the app: open Profile → settings and choose Reset All App Data, which permanently deletes your data in the cloud and on your device.
  2. By email: write to support@sisuascent.com from your account email and we’ll delete your account and all associated data.

Where is my data stored, and is it private?

Your data is stored on your device and, when signed in, backed up securely to our cloud (Supabase) so you can restore it and use multiple devices. We run no ads and no third-party trackers, and we never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

I found a bug or have a feature request.

We’d love to hear it. Email support@sisuascent.com with your device model, iOS version, and a short description (a screenshot helps).

How do I manage notifications and permissions?

Reminders are opt-in inside the app, and you can control camera, photo, and notification access at any time in your iPhone’s Settings under Sisu.

Is Sisu medical or nutritional advice?

No. Sisu is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool for general informational use, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any diet, exercise, or supplement program. See our Terms of Service.
